Overview
ResumeRx provides digital services including resume editing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and career coaching. Due to the custom and consultative nature of our services, all sales are final.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on completed services. Once a service has been delivered or partially rendered (e.g., resume draft, coaching session, or consultation), the order is considered final.
If you are unsatisfied with the initial delivery, we offer one complimentary revision or adjustment where applicable.
Requests for refunds due to non-use, delayed engagement, or change of mind are not eligible.
Revisions
Eligible services such as resume polish and LinkedIn optimization include one round of post-delivery revision within 7 days of final delivery. Revision requests must be reasonable, based on the original service scope.
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled and refunded only if no work has started and no documents or coaching sessions have been exchanged. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at UseResumeRx@gmail.com with your order details.
